ESKAYGEE
Guiding Ambitious Businesses Towards Profitable Prosperity
Gain clarity. Align your team.
Execute what matters - with a trusted guide.
NOT ALL GROWTH IS INTENTIONAL.
NOT ALL PROSPERITY IS LASTING.
Your business might look strong—revenue is climbing, activity is high, goals are in motion. But beneath the surface: teams are stretched, profits feel fragile, accountability wobbles, and outcomes depend too much on too few.
That’s not intentional growth. That’s unsustainable momentum—impressive, but fragile.
At Eskaygee, we help founder-led and employee-owned businesses climb higher—not just recover. Whether you're scaling toward succession or stewarding a thriving ESOP, we guide leadership teams to operate with clarity, accountability, and sustainable profit.
Because true prosperity isn’t accidental. It’s built.
MOVE FROM MOTION TO MEANINGFUL PROGRESS
We work side-by-side with leadership teams to:
Sharpen your vision and priorities
Align people, processes, and performance
Build operating systems that support scale
Drive execution with focus and accountability
Our clients don’t need saving. They want a guide who will challenge their assumptions, raise their standards, and help them lead with intention.
Whether you’re a founder preparing to scale or an ESOP aiming to deepen alignment and profit, Eskaygee helps you make the climb count.

People + Purpose + Playbooks + Perform = Profit
THE PINNACLE PRINCIPAL
-
As we tell our leadership teams, growing your business always starts with great people. If you want to 5X your business, you must 5X your people. To put it another way, before you set out to summit a mountain, you need to make sure you have the right people on the team to climb with you. You also must make sure your team members possess the right blend of skillsets to meet your needs on the climb. And you must make sure everyone is prepared and knows the path ahead.
Get the right people, who believe what you believe, in the right seats.
-
Once you have the right people, you need to make sure that you’ve given them a compelling purpose that provides meaning for everything they do. The right people are going to feel passionate about your purpose. They will believe strongly in what your company is trying to achieve, and that will give them a true north star to follow every single day.
Give them a crystal-clear vision and strategy (i.e., purpose) of where you are going, why it’s important, and how you will get there.
-
And once you have the right people and the right purpose, then you need to provide them with playbooks that make your business repeatable and scalable. All that tribal knowledge and wisdom in the heads of your visionary leaders needs to be put down on paper. We’re not talking about company policies or standard operating procedures, but a high-level checklist that ensures a repeatable experience for the customer or client.
Capture the magic with playbooks that are simple and scalable. Remember, “complexity kills growth.”
-
When you have the right people, a great purpose, and playbooks for them to follow, you need to inspire performance. The question isn't "Do you have a Business Operating System?" The question is really "How well are you running your business?" Are you delivering on your promises? Are your employees able to deliver a predictable experience? Is your business scalable? Are you attracting and maintaining A-players? If you are performing well, A-players will want to be on your team. The fastest way to demotivate A-players is to surround them with poor performers.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and encourage your team to consistently perform at a high level.
-
If you focus on getting the right people, purpose, playbooks, and performance, the profit will follow. You can hit the ground running, and the money will take care of itself. You will wind up with a great war chest and the ability to invest in wonderful facilities, profit sharing, excellent pay and benefits for your people, and more. That, in essence, is the Pinnacle Path.
The profits will give you the war chest to hire A-players and provide them with a great working environment. It will also allow you to create outstanding training opportunities for your team. You can build a financial safety net so the next time you hit a recession, pandemic, or even uncover an opportunity to have someone join the team, or acquire a business, you are prepared to act.
