Eskaygee provides leadership advisory and facilitation services for founder-led companies, ESOPs, and ETA/Search leaders.

We do not use third-party ad networks or retargeting cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

4) Legal bases (EEA/UK only)
Where applicable, we process personal data based on: contract/pre-contract (you request a meeting or assessment), legitimate interests (site security, service improvement, CRM record-keeping), and consent (e.g., newsletter opt-in).
5) Sharing your information (service providers only)
We share information with trusted processors who help us run the site and deliver services. These vendors process data on our behalf and under our instructions:
Squarespace – website hosting, forms, basic analytics
Cal.com – meeting scheduling
Brilliant Assessments – assessment delivery and scoring
Email provider – to send communications you request
Pipedrive (CRM) – to store contact details, track inquiries and interactions, manage follow-ups, and maintain client/prospect records
These providers may store data in the U.S. or other countries. We do not permit them to use your data for their own marketing.
6) Cookies & similar technologies
We use necessary cookies to operate the site and basic analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. We do not use interest-based advertising cookies or Google’s DART/retargeting. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.
7) Video Privacy (YouTube embeds)
We may embed YouTube videos (e.g., the Alex Sheridan Founder Talk episode) using privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) where feasible. This limits cookies until you press play. When you play an embedded video, YouTube may set cookies and collect usage data under its own policies. Please review Google/YouTube privacy terms and manage your YouTube settings directly with Google.
8) Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above (and to meet legal/accounting requirements), then delete or anonymize it.
9) Your choices & rights
Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the link or by contacting us.
Access/Update/Delete: Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal limits).
EEA/UK: You may also object to or restrict processing and lodge a complaint with your local authority.
10) California notice (CPRA)
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by California law, and we do not use cross-context behavioral advertising. You may request access or deletion of your information at info@eskaygee.com.
11) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; please use caution when sharing information online.
12) Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
13) International transfers
If you access our site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
