Is next week's leadership team meeting going to have fireworks?
Earlier this week I asked if your team was on track for 2026 goals at the halfway point. This week, a related question, with a 4th of July twist:
Is next week's leadership meeting going to have fireworks — the good kind, celebration and momentum? Or fireworks — the other kind, where everyone shows up with a fire they need someone else to help put out?
If it's been more bonfire-of-problems than celebration lately, that usually traces back to the same thing we talked about last week: goals that drifted off track without anyone addressing it directly.
The fires don't start randomly. They start where accountability went quiet.
